Pick your Fight

Happy Memorial Day Warriors!

Today's post is short and sweet, but it bears repeating over and over again to truly leave a mark in other people's lives, as well as in your own.

Dating back hundreds of years, brave men and women have given their lives to defending something worth fighting for.  They laid everything they had on the line and truly defined what it meant to leave a legacy of courage, honor, sacrifice, and meaning.

But what about you, warrior?

You don't have to be fighting on the front lines overseas to give it your all.  You can choose today to fight for something you believe in.  So what do you believe in fighting for?

-Are you fighting for life-long health and energy?  Give your all to your training, your food choices, and your sleep habits.

-Are you fighting for your family?  Give your all to communicating your feelings, your desires, put the damn phone down and have a real conversation, and leave nothing to chance.

-Do you believe in something that others aren't sure of?  Good, it's up to you to move forward anyway - pushing the boundaries of what is acceptable and turning them into what is possible.  Give your all.

Whether you know it or not, you are fighting hundreds of fights each day - however big or small.  Intentions mean nothing.  Action is everything.  Stop saying what you're going to do and just do it.  Get your head down and go - no stopping until you get there.  Sacrifice your temporary discomfort for permanent growth.  Leave nothing on the table.  Just go

Give it your all
