What is Training For Warriors?
Any gym can have equipment and offer workouts. What separates the TFW system from other training programs is its culture. Although TFW encompasses signature warmups, speed training, strength training, endurance training, flexibility work and nutrition all based on a comprehensive evaluation process, the most important component of the system is its motivational approach and family environment.
At TFW, we know if you don’t have fun and enjoy the training, you won’t do it. TFW is not designed as a sport or competition, but focuses on you competing against and bettering your body, mind and spirit.

Coaching makes TFW Different
Let's be real. You already know what to eat. You already know that you need to train to get stronger. You already know the benefits of sleep and hydration. You already know which things in life make you come alive. Knowing is not doing.
If you know what to do but don't do what you know, you are missing action. Action is the only ingredient that will get you desirable results - not another article about training, dieting or the effects of sitting for too long. If information was the only factor, all of us would already have our ideal body, career, relationship and bank account. - but many of us don't.

Training for Warriors recommends 4D + 4E (4 days + Forever) for optimal training. The best results are seen with 2 strength training days per week, 2 metabolic (hurricane/circuit) training days per week, and at least 2 days of rest per week. In addition to training, a sufficient amount of rest combined with a sustainable (and delicious!) eating plan allows optimal recovery of the body. These things are key to the journey towards a better tomorrow. At TFW, we don't exercise. We train. Training allows us to think beyond just an hour workout...and focus on the long term value of our health and happiness! TFW is not a sport, but a way of life (#TFW4LIFE) and a philosophy that gives you extra energy and confidence to go out into the world and thrive in your own passions.
