Training Schedule

For optimal results in the Training For Warriors system, we recommend 4D + 4E (4 Days + Forever). This combines two strength days, two metabolic days, and three recovery days a week. If you're just starting out, it may be smart to start off slow, so meet with a coach to design a plan specific to you!
