Training Schedule

For optimal results in the Training For Warriors system, we recommend 4D + 4E (4 Days + Forever).  This would combine 2 strength days per week, 2 hurricane/circuit days per week, along with built in recovery days. Obviously if you're just starting out, it may be smart to start off slow - - which is why it's best to meet with a coach to design a plan specific to you!
